I want to disrupt what is flowing.

These are the inverses of the practices on the other side, worked on the same seven centres and the same field. Where a cleanse opens a centre and lets light through, a block folds that place inward and seals it.

A drain lets something empty rather than taking anything: energy gathers, leaves, what remains goes quiet. A hold is neither drained nor freed but kept where it is. A fog unsettles a field instead of closing it.

People come to this group when the lighter vocabulary does not describe what they mean. Sometimes the accurate word is closed rather than cleared, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

Nothing here is measured. No ritual inspects anyone or reports a finding about their state — that would be a claim about a real person, and this catalog does not make those in either direction.

Every ritual is symbolic, works at the level of your own intention, and claims no effect on anybody's wellbeing.
