These are the exact inverses of the practices on the light side, worked on the same seven centres and the same field. Where a cleanse opens a centre and lets light through, a block folds the same place inward and seals it.
A drain lets something empty rather than taking anything from it: energy gathers, leaves, and what is left goes quiet. A hold is neither drained nor freed but kept in place. A fog unsettles a field instead of closing it.
People reach for this group when the light-side vocabulary does not fit what they mean. Sometimes the honest word is closed rather than cleared.
Nothing here is measured. No ritual inspects anybody, reports a finding, or claims to know the state of another person — that would be a claim about a real human being, and this catalog does not make those.
Every ritual is symbolic, works at the level of your own intention, and claims no effect on anyone's wellbeing.
