I want to open my heart.

Anahata, the heart centre, sits in the middle of the seven, and it holds love and grief together where they rarely separate cleanly. Most of the rituals in this group work there.

The heart closes for good reasons and then tends to stay closed long after the reason has passed. Opening it again is slow work and it does not happen because you decided it should — but marking the intention is where it starts, and that is what these are for.

There are blessings for love you have, love you are still making room for, and your own capacity for it when that is the part running thin. There is softening after you closed up, and there is the stretch after something ended.

Nothing here acts on another person. There is no ritual for causing somebody to feel differently about you, and there will not be — that would be a claim about a real human being, and it is not one we are willing to make.

What you are working on is your side of it. That is the only side you were ever able to work on.
